International Orders & Shipments

We welcome our international customers and it would be our great pleasure to serve them and sell our product globally. 

We offer worldwide shipping. However the shipping is not free .

We operate in following ways when it comes to international orders and shipments.

• We offer a flat rate of shipping that is USD 40.00 or INR 3000 per item . 
• All the products are shipped via recognized shipping companies like Fedex / DHL /UPS/ARAMEX etc
• Any custom charges or duties levied in the respective country of the customer has to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is ALLPV1386Q)
• Shipping time is usually 7-10  working days.
• Customer would be informed once the product is shipped from our warehouse and tracking number will be shared.
• Art Avenue is not responsible for delay in transit after the product has been shipped.We can only try to push the shipping company to deliver the product in timely manner. 
• We do not offer payment on receipt or cash on Delivery on international orders and shipment

Additional Information ( Shipping 2 or more items) :

In certain cases , where the customer is interested in purchasing more than 2 items and wants to get a better shipping rate , he or she can do so by following these steps

• You can email us the SKU # and picture of the products you are planning to buy along with your complete contact details which should have a zip code and country of final destination. Our email address is shop@artavenue.com

• Our support team will contact you over email and quote you the best possible shipping rates based on the volume of the shipment.

• Once you finalize the order , you can make payment via secured payment link shared with you over our website or on your email.

International Returns / Cancellations or Refunds.

• Currently we do not offer any order cancellations / returns/ exchange or refunds on international shipments. 
• Once the payment has been done , the payment cannot be reversed or returned under any circumstances.
